I maintain an active private psychotherapy practice in Arcadia. I have been at my current location for over 11 years. I provide individual, rationalship partners and group counseling.
I graduated from Philips Graduate Institute in 1995 and was licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences in 1999. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Social Anxiety Disorder.
In addition I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to anger management. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for.

I am a clinical member of the Anxiety Association Disorders of America (ADAA), California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (CAMFT) and Association for Contextual Behavior Science (ACBS).
Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I worked in business for 16 years.
